A soft silicone squeezable bulb that you fill with silicone velvet matting powder and use to blow and/or sprinkle the powder onto the baby doll.
(does not include powder)
If you are applying matting powder or ANY powder regularly using a pump - you are advised to wear a suitable dust mask to avoid breathing in fine particles.
